Hey all, due to a lot of recent events, I was hoping to launch this sooner.... and... at a better state of readiness..... Right now, it seems like I haven't had time for months to do so, so, I'm handing it over to the community! :)

http://wiki.hipointtalk.com/Main_Page

Anyhow, since I hadn't finished it yet, I could use some help...

The main (front) page, needs edited. I didn't have any time to throw content on there even, yet.

We could use a logo :) Both for here, and there.... I might see what my wife can whip up in a few days.... Me, I'm lucky to draw stick figures :) Oh, and, one or two administrators, would be helpful, should that site develop a spam problem as well.

Yeah, basically, I've done nothing over there so far. If you're familiar with Wikipedia, it's the same layout format, and whatnot, just more or less without the anti-gunners bothering us :) (Happens a lot over there, I should know, I'm an admin at wikipedia)

The sort of things, that I thought this would be useful for?

Howto's (Cleaning, dissasembly, modifications, addons)
Basic model information and caveats
Pictures
Part information

Hope you guys find it useful, and, thanks!

Ohhh, I like the one with the black background.

But if you used that one make sure to change the scheme of the forum so it will work with it.

Also, just as a sidenote, black or dark backgrounds with white leters are easier on the eyes.... for those of us who spend hours on end in front of a computer.

Hold all your phone calls ladies and gentlemen. We have a winner.

The light letters on dark backgound logo gets my vote.

Happy shooting Dave Gillespie - (Sharp Shooter), you will be missed and remembered.

We will miss you Jerry Roberts - (woodyubet), you will not be forgotten.

We are better off from having known you Dean Stephens -(ampersand) It wont be the same around here without you.
