Dude, you need to check your firing pin, if you have to force the bolt forward, it's probably bent. Also check your feed lips, should be .385-.400. If they were too tight, may have bent the firing pin.

Already replaced the firing pin, shot it yesterday and the charging handle worked great. This was a "Test Run." They (Beemiller Inc.) sent the parts for free btw. As for the magazines, they ran great also I suspect it was the 180 Grain Brass I used. I am using 165 grain tops now and that has solved the problem.

Whew, glad to hear that. You must have had the older style firing pin, they bent if you breathed on them hard. The newest one cocks quicker and is more forgiving to the operator. I found 165 Blazer to be most accurate in the 4095's.... :whistle:
