Just got back from the range with my new c9 I got last Thursday. first up was 50rds of Remington UMC 115gr mc. Started a 3 yards for the first 18 rds since I have only been to the range once since I got out of the navy in 98. Gun was accurate and no feed problems. Shot the rest an 7 yards. Gun was still very accurate and still no feed problems. Next up was 50rds of Federal 115gr FMJ at 7 yards. Still no feed problems and still very accurate. Next up was 100rds of Winchester white box 115gr FMJ shot at 7 yards and 15 yards. Still accurate at 7 yards but not to great at 15 yards. More than likely because of my very rusty skills and not the guns fault. I did have 1 fail to feed and 1 fail to eject with the Winchester. All in all the gun preformed great. surprised at how accurate it was considering I'm not that good of a shot.

Glad to hear you had a great time.... the fact that the barrel is fixed to the frame on a Hi Point makes them a very accurate weapon. With some practice on your part, you will see your groups tighten up considerably.

Nice :thumb: I'm glad you like your new HP. And if it makes you feel even better, the failure to feed, FTF and failure to eject, FTE issues are more than likely the Winchester White Box ammo, WWB, not your gun's fault. I know they're cheap, but in my opinion, I'd spend a little more to shoot a better round. BTW :worthless:

Happy shooting bud.
