I was watching an old "Law and Order" on the retro channel the other day. The episode was about a school teacher who goes off the deep end and decides to shoot up a school before blowing up the building. His plan goes sideways when he can't insert a loaded magazine after the first runs dry. His gun of choice??? A 995 Classic. I know I want to get the newer style with the spring loaded butstock, but I love the look of my vintage 995. I haven't had it out for a while. I should put a box of ammo through it.

Nothing beats the classic, although I liked the TS I had.
I have the ATI stock on mine right now, but I think I'll switch it back. As ugly as it is, the original stock is more comfortable.

Was that episode made about the time of the Columbine school shootings? A HP carbine was used in it.... just curious.

Happy shooting Dave Gillespie - (Sharp Shooter), you will be missed and remembered.

We will miss you Jerry Roberts - (woodyubet), you will not be forgotten.

We are better off from having known you Dean Stephens -(ampersand) It wont be the same around here without you.
