Looks kind of interesting even if it is pricey
What do you guys think?

High Tower Armory is working on a bullpup conversion kit for the unlikeliest of pistol-caliber carbines, Hi-Point rifles. The kit shortens the overall length of the gun while giving it a welcome makeover.

It's a darn good looking upgrade! But at twice the price of the original hardware.

Would I buy a house for $100K and spend $200K to paint it? Not a fair comparison but makes my point.
Certainly good looking though!

If the mentally deficient are not allowed to own guns then why should they be allowed to make gun laws?

I prefer my 995 classic. Factory Five Racing makes kits to convert 90s Mustangs into 1960s AC Cobras. Going modern to vintage is more my style. I don't know what vintage firearm I'd want, but a conversion to make my Classic look like a future space gun isn't on my shopping list. I like my Mosin to look like a WW1 rifle, so the Archangel is out as well.

Bullpups aren't lefty friendly, but I like the concept. Anything that makes the carbines more popular is probably better for the hi point community as a whole.

We will miss you Jerry Roberts - (woodyubet), you will not be forgotten.

We are better off from having known you Dean Stephens -(ampersand) It wont be the same around here without you.

More accessories does help with the popularity of the gun, and I might have a different opinion after I had one in my hands. I don't know why, but I thought the tactical stock would absorb recoil kind of like a poor man's version of a AR buffer tube. I shouldered one for the first time this last summer and. ..not sure what the point is. A rubber butt stock might do a better job. My buddy says " yea but it wouldn't look as cool". I like the classic but the company sells way more of the tactical version so what the hell do I know. Lol Thank God I'm not in charge or we'd all be riding motorcycles with Indian fenders and driving cars that look like Hudson Hornet's.

To me, the biggest attraction of the Hi Point carbine is the price.
I paid $180 for my first 995 in the original monkey gun stock.
I have an ATI stock on it now, I thought about changing it back, but I got this stock from Amp, so ....you know.
