If the shipper didn't follow the usual protocol on shipping a firearm, then they SHOULD be held accountable. Shipping without insurance or notifying the shipper that it was indeed a firearm, trying to get by on the cheap side, and got caught at it.

No matter what the shipper declared , FedEx is the one that screwed up.

Granted that fedex screwed up, but you'd at least have some money in your hands if it had been shipped insured. That is one of the reasons I got a little miffed at folks who recommended sending their HiPoints in to Mom marked as "Machine parts" just to beat the cost of shipping a firearm.

I bought a couple of those from a fellow on Facebook but don't really care for them, if you want one PM me your shipping info and I'll send you one.

I sent the 4595 home via the USPS insured for less than $20.00 with no problem which is legal according to USPS rules. Long guns are OK to send to a Mgf. or FFL . for repairs
Only FFL's or LEO's can mail handguns.

Another point about USPS rules. It is against their rules to mail a toy AirSoft pistol and it is seen as a real handgun.

How about on the other side. If I come home and find a box containing a gun...do I get to keep it? Would it be a different answer if it were a baseball bat in the box? I know morally, it should be returned, but what about legally?

https://inlinefabrication.com

They have all kinds of stuff for reloading presses there.

I bet this is the one for you:

And the below is the one I got - the 2 LED strips work pretty good.
Mine doesn't have a hole in the center of the turret up above like yours.

I don't have any reloading equipment yet but when the time comes the lighting is now on the list. I have those mini LED flashlights everywhere. I got the one that straps to your forehead last year for working on a motorcycle and it was like I had discovered fire for the first time. To a guy with really old eyes, the light kit is good news!

My firearm was signed for using my name.
If you did that , legally you stole it according to local LEO

Thanks for the help spreading the word about FedEx and their delivery problems.
Because it is a firearm , everyone who ships FedEx should know about it.

Latest from Fed-X
"It was not stolen. It was misdelivered and unable to be retrieved. "

It is funny , ATF and L.E. thinks it was stolen

So they say, so what is their idea of resolution for the matter?
