Just thought I'd post a few pictures of the 4595 stuff I got from Ken.

I put that scope on my 4595 and I took the front sight off it:

And it just kinda "looks funny" with out it.

And, one of the things I got from Ken was a Hi-Point Compensator, so I put it on:

Image

I think that looks a lot better!!

I also got some mags from Ken too!! 6 Hi-Point mags that looked like new and a 14 round ProMag that also looked new.
Ken put up a post and said that the ProMag was giving him some trouble when he used it in his 4595.
I'll be interested to see if it gives me any trouble or if it works OK.
I always wanted to try a ProMag with my JHP... I'll get to try it now!!

I had 5 Hi-Point mags + 2 new ones (that were still in the package) making it 7 total that I had.
And I thought I had a few more than that... But I guess I was wrong...

Anyway - 13 factory Hi-Point 9 round mags!!

Image

And 13 x 9 = 117 rounds!!

Those mags take up a little less room like this..
And the ProMag still sits in my rifle rest when inserted in my 4595. :D
The ProMag looks and fits really good too IMHO.

Image

And here it all is with my speed-loader too...

Image

I'll need that speed loader!! Every time I load all those mags it's 131 rounds!! :great:
I'm sure it'll take a little while to "unload" all those mags at the range.

This is gonna be fun!!

Range Report Coming Soon!! :minigun:

Tolly, I'm glad you brought that up... :D

You told me about a fellow that sells bullets and I actually bought 500 of them from him and used them to try them out.
I'm just about out of bullets and am thinking about getting some more from that guy...
And I can't find his email address or his info anywhere.

Would you mind sending me his info again?

Looks like a nice setup Jason :great:
What kind of scope is that?

This is a perfect example of why owning these firearms makes so much sense. The gun looks cool, will function flawlessly, and can be outfitted with tons of accessories all without having to mortgage the farm. I joke about having carbine envy. The truth is with a little saving anyone can own one of these firearms. Tom Deeb may be gone, but his vision of reliable, affordable firearms lives on. :great:

It's a Simmons 8-Point.
Certainly not one of those "Fancy Pants" Vortex scopes!!
Then again, Vortex just might possibly be a little "overkill" on this gun...
Hell - this scope probably is...

Simmons makes these as a 3-9x40 and for a few $ more you can get a 4-12x40 and that's the one I got. (-:
They are inexpensive - the 3-9x40 was $44 on Midway the last time I checked and free shipping. :great:

The reason I use these cheap scopes (as opposed to all the other cheap scopes out there...) is from watching my suppliers stock.
They would get 300 of these baby's in and be almost sold out in days!!
And it happens over and over...
So I figured that must be a fairly decent scope or folks wouldn't be buying so many. :dunno:

I agree George - It is nice to have an inexpensive firearm that a person can do so many things with.
And this taking the same mags and using the same ammo as my pistol is very cool too since I reload and the ammo isn't so expensive that way.
Plus - this carbine is even more fun than I thought it would be!!

I might have to look at one of those scopes for my MVP Patrol :)
