Again, sorry for your loss.

As for the Nagant revolver; yeah, it's weird. The ammo has the case long enough to fit into the forcing cone of the barrel. The cylinder moves forward on cocking, that puts the end of the case into the barrel so when it fires the brass seals and no power is lost. That also makes this the only revolver you can suppress.

They probably have the worst DA trigger ever installed, despite the gas-seal idea they are underpowered.

The Soviets did demonstrate that they are good for shooting little girls in the head though.

I've had a few, still have one, almost never shoot it, and only bring it out when I want to demonstrate a weird one.

So, you going to sell this one too? Or, do you want to shoot it? Ammo is available.

I've got one
Hardly ever shoot it, but I did buy ammo for it.
Like Amp said, the trigger is ridiculous, but it's a neat design

When ammo was in short supply there were several companies making a conversion cylinder for them so you could shoot .32 ACP in them. I see a lot of posts saying you can shoot .32 S&W longs in the original cylinder.

I still have one, and have the reloading dies and brass to reload for it... its a little tricky to get it crimped right that's for sure.

They were very common for a while but they seem to have dried up and have went up in price too.
