Hello everyone. I have a question regarding finding a replacement part for my Hi-Point ACP45. I hate to admit this, but while I was cleaning it I had the Recoil Spring pop out & fly across the room & along with it flew the Recoil Spring Guide Rod. I was able to find the Spring quite easily, but I have tore my house apart trying to find the damn Guide Rod. So, I've been trying to find a place to purchase a replacement for it. I haven't had any luck at finding a replacement bar a few Ebay posts that want about $90.00 - $100.00 for various parts that just happen to include the Recoil Spring Guide Rod. I haven't been able to find the part just anywhere and am actually new to dealing with Hi-Points so I'm not sure if there is a substitute version of the Guide Rod or if I have to order it from a certain place, etc. So if anyone can help me out with information as to how I can replace this Recoil Spring Guide Rod on my Hi-Point ACP45 I would really appreciate it. Thank you very much & I look forward to finally being able to get my gun back in working order.

Call MOM (HiPoint) they will send one and probably won't charge anything.

^^^^^ THIS ^^^^
Call HiPoint. They might just ship it to you at no charge, and if there is a charge, it will be minimal.

If the mentally deficient are not allowed to own guns then why should they be allowed to make gun laws?
