Hay guys
I have an older PT111 Millennium Pro 3rd gen, and while I like the size, looks and feel, it has those stupid Heine sights that makes shooting it kind of a spray and pray activity.
Anyway, I fondled one at Cabela's the other day, and I have to admit I got a little gun wood.
It feels really solid, doesn't rattle, feels good in the hand and the sights are very easy to see (3 dot)
At $289, it's a little high, but then I don't have to pay shipping or transfer fees, plus, they have lay-a-way :scared:
Anybody got an opinion on these things?

I don't have one but likely more folks have bad opinions about Taurus than about HiPoint. My FFL has a revolver that he's been waiting 3 years to get
a rear sight from them.

Generally they are good guns, Ive had a few of those pistols come through the store and they seem decent for the price.

We've got a few around here.
The Little Woman has 4 and I have 3 I think.
We like them just fine, in fact, her revolvers are her favorites.
She has 3 matching "J frames", blued, gold triggers and hammers and rosewood grips.
Very pretty guns

I don't own any Taurus guns, but a buddy who comes over to shoot has plenty of Taurus and Rossi firearms and likes em alot. They all function well. The one that impresses me the most is the Rossi lever action 38special. It makes anyone who shoots it look like a marksman. His Taurus wheelgun is a 40 with the moon clips. If my memory is accurate, the sight looked like fiberoptic. They look good and work well. What more could you ask for.
