Was not aware of this carbine. 9mm, supposedly will take mags such as: "Interchangeable magazine wells for use of common Ruger® and Glock® magazines. Ships with SR-Series Pistol and Security-9® magazine well installed and an additional magazine well accepting Glock® magazines is included. Ruger American Pistol® magazine well is available at ShopRuger.com."Anyone know anything about them? Looks promising.

Just found a review of them. Now to saving some extra coins as I would probably like one in my future.

Looks and sounds to be a nice carbine. However, I just checked my LGS's price list. They list the Ruger PC carbine at $549.99 (out of stock) and the Hi Point 995TS at $249.99 (in stock). Even with the added bells and whistles I don't see $300 worth of difference, but that's just me. I understand the trigger finger wants what the trigger finger wants.

Yeah, the price kind of has me turned off about getting one. It is neat though.

I've got one of the original PC carbines, the PC9
People have been calling for the return, and it looks like Ruger listened.

Well I pulled the trigger on one (pun intended) yesterday evening. J&G Sales sent me an email that they had a few for sale at the price of $499.95 so I ordered one. Mine has already been shipped. About 30 minutes later they were already out of stock. Total with shipping to my ffl came out to $517.18. Add $20 transfer fee and total is $537.18. First change to it will be to swap the glock mag adapter in and the Ruger mag adapter out. Looking foreward to recieving it.

I'm anxious to see what you think of it.
I'd like to see one maybe at the gun show next month.

There is a local gun show this weekend that I thought of going to see one in person. I know a few of the vendors that show there and gave them a call earlier in the week to see if any of them would be bringing any to the show. All of them said no as they didnt have any since they are an allocated firearm and were unsure if or when they would get any. So, I just took the chance of buying it without seeing/handling one in person. I did check out a bunch of videos on it on you tube and so far I am satisfied with what I saw of them.

I have no doubt if you don't like it you will be able to easily sell it and probably at a profit... That is the beauty of buying a gun that is currently in high demand and hard to find.
