I have a thing for the Marlin and Glenfield model 60. In my opinion, one of the best factory semi auto .22 rifles ever made. All 4 of these will shoot 3/4" groups at 50 yards if I do my part. The Marlin on top is my critter hotter and makes head shots on grey squirrels at 100 yards with its favorite ammo.

The other 3 are Glenfields, one of which is in wonderful condition and I'm looking for a Glenfield scope for it.

Nice guns. I never pass up a chance to get one if its in good shape. Probably my favorite .22 after the Ruger 10/22 .. its a better gun than the ruger, but the ruger has so many accessories you can get.

We are better off from having known you Dean Stephens -(ampersand) It wont be the same around here without you.

I picked one up a couple of years ago, and for the life of me can't get it to shoot as good as it should. Maybe it was just too far gone when I got it, but even recrowning it didn't help much. Best I can do with it is about a 2" group at 50 yards.
