Think we'll need some zip ties.

There's a better trigger jig for our purposes available on eBay. Will post links later.

Don't know how to size other folks' pics, so I may be pic limited on this forum.

Sorry, no pics. I tried.

We don't have the bandwidth to host our own pics... most people who want to share pics put them on some place like photobucket and then link the pic here.

Ordered the trigger jig today. Will test first w/ a .22" LR upper, then a 7.62x39mm upper - both single feed, of course. I think if we can get the 7.62x39mm upper to fire, eject, & close on an empty chamber, we might have something here.

Trigger jig & pistol grip adapter arrived. Screws too long to tighten down pistol grip adapter. Waiting on word from eBay supplier before I start Dremeling screws. Home Depot screw heads are too big.

Didn't see any 8-32 allen heads @ Home Depot. Will give it a couple days to hear from the eBayers.

Hit up the local hardware store or auto parts store.

Already did - Home Depot. They didn't have any 8-32 screws w/ a small enough head. Not in a hurry. Overturning the GCA has taken us 50 years. It can wait a few more days.

Home Depot doesn’t carry crap for screws. Try an Ace hardware and they’ll have them.

Ah, we have an Ace down the street. Will try there. eBay folks wrote back & told me clearly I wasn't tightening the screws down hard enough, they had designed it this way. I'm pretty sure they didn't machine the screw holes deeply enough on this example and I'm afraid that steel screws would strip the aluminum screw hole threads. I'll try Ace before I ruin this thing & send it back.

Home depot is a home improvement store. Ace is a hardware store.

eBay seller was correct - screw down hard, shipped screws fit. Will probably loctite long term.

Couple of millimeters to go on the jig's tail, and then it should bolt into the stock.
