So...here we go!

The first one we will try is a basic one...
Go here: http://www.mytargets.com/

Scroll down to find the "1" BULLSEYES" 3rd from the bottom; and download and print it.

This is a 20 shot challenge. One shot at each bull, 5 points for a shot that hits or cuts the bullseye, 2 for the outer bull.

We'll try 20 yards with any iron or red dot sighted rifle or carbine, 50 yards for scopes; forward hand rest only; and see how crazy it might be. I would think a rimfire is the way to go with this one.

NOTICE! Targets must be submitted by midnight of May 31. Photo or scan of the target, please write your points on the thing.

If anyone wants to throw out a challenge, feel free.

18 total HPs!
Other guns owned: Various and sundry...lets just say I can launch any of the following ammo...8mm & 7mm Mauser, 7.62X54R or 7.62X39 or 7.62X25, 7.5X55, 9X18, 9X19, .380, .40, .45, .22, .22 mag, .22WRF, .223, 12 ga, 20ga., .30-30, .300 Savage, .303 Brit, 7.62 NATO, and .30-06...so if you want to get rid of some, let me know!!!

I'll throw out an additional challenge.
Handguns, 4.5 inch barrel or shorter at 25 ft, standing, no rest.
10 rounds at this target.
Bullseye is 5 points, subtract a point for every ring away from the center and 1 point for a shot on the paper outside the rings.

I will come up with a tag that the winners can wear under their username that will be theirs until they are unseated.

Happy shooting Dave Gillespie - (Sharp Shooter), you will be missed and remembered.

We will miss you Jerry Roberts - (woodyubet), you will not be forgotten.

We are better off from having known you Dean Stephens -(ampersand) It wont be the same around here without you.

I would like mine to read 'champion' please, provided of course I can ever make it to the range.

Is there a deadline?

Good question...let's say targets must be submitted by midnight of May 31. Photo or scan of the target, please write your points on the thing.

i believe ill do the rifle challenge at 20 with a single shot 22 (circa 1930) with irons.... BRING IT ON FELLAS (sold my only other 22 rifle with scope mounting capabilities) might try either marlin 3030 for the scope 50 yards or rem 700 in 223.. only scoped guns in the safe

Thanks for the email from waltham41 regarding this challenge. I'll try to make it to the range this weekend, and I'll use my HP995 in the ATI stock for the rifle challenge and either my FEG P9R or Yugo M57 for the handgun challenge. I may have to ask ajole or waltham41 about using photobucket or other means to post the results. Thanks for the heads-up!
