Guys and gals, it has come to my attention that we have lost a couple of long time members because of what others have said.
We pride ourselves on being the least restrictive forum that we can possibly be, and let people speak whats on their mind.
When members start offending other members enough that they leave, that is crossing a line that I do not want crossed.
I am asking that people show some sensitivity concerning other peoples feelings and also tone it down when it comes to racial issues.
I am NOT pointing any fingers at anyone, just asking that all of us take the time to think before we post especially if its a touchy subject or if a discussion starts to get heated.
They taught me in the army to think what I wanted, but watch what I said...... when you are in a public forum with a lot of different people of different races and from different areas sometimes what is not offensive to you may be very offensive to someone else and that is not what we are about here.
We are supposed to be a semi mellow place for friends to hang out and talk about guns and whatever else comes up.
Lets take a few steps back and get back to the great place this forum is capable of again. We cannot do it without you guys help and cooperation.
If any of the staff has anything to add to this, please feel free.
Thank you all for your time.

Happy shooting Dave Gillespie - (Sharp Shooter), you will be missed and remembered.
We will miss you Jerry Roberts - (woodyubet), you will not be forgotten.
We are better off from having known you Dean Stephens -(ampersand) It wont be the same around here without you.
A Veteran, whether active duty, retired, national guard, or reserve, is someone who, at one point in his or her life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America" for an amount of "up to and including my life."
