I gotta get my x39 out and shoot it up, never know if we'll get to keep this things if the anti's have their way now! Kid's are out of college for a while so got a whole lot more options to go down to my buddys and shoot, just hate to do it when he's laid up inside the house listening to me shooting outside!

As usual I was looking more at the picture than gun, but nice gun too BTW. But the picture overall was awesome! That buckboard or whatever it is also an your property? You got some good vista's around you. Makes me dern near want to leave this hell-hole state.

That's near the last thing on my firearms want list and I may just have to one before the gettin gets too expensive or they become outlaw fodder. I'm not afraid to have previously legal items in my home though so I don't know for sure if I'd roll over and give them my hard earned weapons freely or not. :dunno:

Yep, Randy, that's on our place too, it's an old wagon of some sort back down in the hills.
Thanks for the compliment on the pic, all I had with me was my cell phone.
I stopped to rest on my walk and thought it would make an interesting picture.

Well, sometimes a poor quality picture is the best kind. The sepia tones in that picture make it a great picture in my HO. Take another one without the gun and I think you have the makings for a great postcard or Christmas card personalized from you. :thumb: A little snow wouldn't hurt but then the light quality would change and then who knows what you'd get? That type of picture is my favorite.

I'll get a nice wood stock for my GP75 one of these days

This one shoots ok, just not real comfortable
To trade stocks, I'd have to put a whole new rear trunion on it :(

To trade stocks you'd need to do that plus weld some very large holes shut.

My wife shot MNBubba's side folder and loved it. She didn't like shooting my Yugo SKS but she said she liked the VEPR too. So I'm hoping the store will have the underfolder still available when my COL check gets here in the next week or two. It was choice between getting her a gun I will shoot  or a reloading setup. The guns may not be available for much longer and the reloading equipment shouldn't be effected too badly by any moronic, imbecilic legislation carried forward by a bunch of pacifier sucking hand wringers  . So that's my choice, I hope it's logical. :dunno:

Took my Saiga out today and put 100 rounds through it trying to get the scope dialed in, I think the problem is more me than the rifle, lol. At least I can keep all the rounds inside the black on the 12"x12" targets I was using at 100 yards. Might be the ammo too, shooting Tulammo steel cased, I'd get two nice rounds right up against the bull and then a flyer 6" away. Been contemplating putting it up on Armslist to see if anyone might be interested in swapping an SKS and a cheapy pump 12 gauge like a Norinco for it.
