Fellow members and guests, the staff of Hipointtalk.com would like to present to you The 1st HPT Photo Contest!

There are 2 catagories of entrys and winners: All Hi-Point and All Military/C&R. Winners will be chosen from each catagory

The photos allowed for entry should be ones containing either our beloved Hi-Point Firearms or Military/C&R guns. To enter and vote you must be a member of Hipointtalk.com and the picture you enter must have been either taken by you or immediate family, it also must contain an actual firearm that you currently own. No professional photography please. If someone other than you takes the pic then you must at least be in the pic.
No photoshop or other digital effects allowed.

Judging will be done by a members only poll that will be displayed in a new thread starting Feb. 28th 2009. You may enter only one pic per member.

If this is a success then we will continue to do this every month.

1st prize will be a dedicated winners thread showcasing the winning pic and the member who submitted it. Also included will be bragging rights for the winners.

Since this is for fun, the Mods and Staff are allowed to enter.

The foreign policy of the US has been one of "empire building" ever since the First World War. The Constitution authorizes government to provide for "national DE-fense", not "international OF-fense". If Americans were really interested in promoting our national safety, they would realize that a policy of constant foreign intervention directly undermines that stated goal. Our country has military forces stationed in 135 countries around the world, and we are influencing their governments and economies either directly or indirectly in every case. That is the political equivalent of poking them in the eye with a sharp stick.
