Here's my 995 I bought about 3 weeks ago at cabelas for $250. I put a cheap BSA red dot on it for $20. Works pretty good although I think I'm goin to switch to a nice scope to do some road hunting. I wanna keep it simple I see a lot of guys with 2 optics on there carbine I think that's stupid lmao. I may paint it od green or od tan. Not sure yet.

The pistols are mine as well the tiny revolver is a NAA .22 mag its very tiny. The other is what I mainly carry and it's a Sig Sauer pro 2022 in 9mm. Very good pistol and very accurate I have at least 800 rounds thru it and no jams yet. I also put a stainless steel guide rod in as well. The plastic one worried me being that it was my main carry gun.

Tell me what y'all think!

Never tried road hunting myself but can't imagine a scope, or even sights would be needed. I mean, really, the road just lays in the same damn place 24/7. They don't even try to run, do they?

I guess I fall under the "stupid" category because I have iron sights and a laser sight. I'll be putting a flashlight on it soon as well when I get a new one from HP.
I'm not trying to preach, but some of us here don't call shit "stupid" because someone else has it or does it, and we just don't know who they may be. FYI.
Other than that, I like the totally black 995, Black is beautiful, baby. Lol.
Oh yeah, I'm not going to call road hunting STUPID, just illegal.
Have a good time.

Ok it's mall ninja. I live in tx we can shoot pretty much anything from the road besides deer, especially coyotes. Btw you don't fall under the stupid category I'm talking about 2 optics, optics are not lasers and flashlights. I clearly stated that. Plus it's my opinion so who cares what I think, right?

Ok, I'm not quite a mall ninja yet, still working up to that. I stated that I have iron sights, "an optic" and a laser sight "an optic, again." That equals 2, two, zwei.
But you got it right, who really gives a rat's ass what you think?
And I lived in Texas, I went to Fort Bliss, El Paso, and road hunting is illegal there too, unless the law has changed in the last few years.

I think you need to show some toes in the gun porn.

Not a bad set up at all. I have some carbines with red dots, and some with scopes, though I prefer iron sights, but sometimes the other stuff is just better for a given use, especially as my eyes get older.

But they all serve a purpose. :thumb:

As far as 2 optics being stupid goes...Sorry mech, I agree, irons and lasers aren't optics, they are sights...not the same thing. Relax, pardner, he didn't call you stupid, at all. ;)

But then, I don't think I have seen anyone with both a red dot, and then another scope, on a gun? That would be true mall ninja action there. :yes2:

Hey there is some nice guys on here lmao. I just need some magnification I can't see worth a crap on that red dot. Although I was shooting half dollar size targets from 50 yards lol. I really want a single point sling on it as well. This one barely goes around my chest, it's not long enough. Sweet little gun for the money.

If you take the rear swivel, and unscrew it part way, then push to get the nut to come out the other side, you can then reverse the swivel to the left side, and snap a $20 single point on it. I also moved mine to the highest hole, closest to the receiver.

Awesome man thanks! I will do that then. What would really be cool is a single point sling in paracord....

If your looking for a scope the AIM 4X30 is compact and lightweight, easy to adjust and stays zeroed if removed.
It is a lot of scope for $40 and so far the best one I have ever used.
