That took a while setting up for that picture! :thumb:

I have a couple of those throwing stars I got as a kid. My Dad got them for me when I was about 12 or so. Think that would happen today? I never took any martial arts classes but I sparred with a few friends back then who did. Learned a few things along the way, prolly just enough to hurt myself but I guess I was lucky. I still have those stars somewhere around here. I know where one is in the basement beam. I put it there right after sharpening it about twenty years ago and there it still sits. Prolly not sharp anymore. They are a pain to sharpen.

Anyway nice collection. :thumb:

Yea they are a nice addition to toy with from time to time

Here's another photo of the C-9 with the stock 8 round mag, Stock 10 round mag from the 995 and the 15 round hi cap mag that I purchased from Oquirrharms.com No pro mag for me as they tend to have many issues. Upgraded firing pin, spring and assembly are present but can't be seen.

Very nice set up. Thanks for sharing. Thats a great idea about the Crossman, as I to, can't shoot anywhere near my house for practice. Going to have to check into that.

I like that 15 round magazine from Oquirrharms.com, did you have to do any modifications to it and how is it working out for you? Thanks.

Its a 15 round mag for the 995 it just happens to fit and lock in the C-9 but I haven't shot It with is yet im actually getting ready to hit the range in about 2 hours today so I may have to try it out. I noticed that all the cuts in the mag matched and I popped it in and it fit but it does wiggle but when you slide the spacer on the bottom of the mag up it gets ride of that wiggle.

well freshly off the range sad to say the 15 round mag not so good on the c-9 it wiggles to much you can shoot with it but its rather annoying the way it wiggles around. basically when you put the normal 10 round mag on you can see the two prongs on bottom of mag that fit in the notches on the bottom of the guns grip so the normal mag doesn't move well the 15 round mag has the prongs that fits in the notches but because its longer they don't reach that's the best way I can think to explain hope you understand it lol also did test 15 round mag in carbine 995ts note that it has a very strong spring so it would eject unspent rounds quit a bit.

Thanks for the real world range test diamondstarmonster. I only have a 995TS with factory mags. I was kinda looking for something a little higher capacity with good realibility. I will hold off on these. Besides, I live in Massachusetts where we are limited to 10 round magazines thanks to our AWB. Still trying to catch up on the learning curve of this Nanny State gun laws.

Thanks again,
Jay
