So I decided to try leatherwork for the first time... made me a holster for my C9 so I can OC when I go to the range next time.
Opinions please? praise and constructive criticism both welcomed :)

Nice blending of natural (assumed) and synthetic (obvious). Covers the trigger good and looks like it is easy to get out. What is that along the grips backside? How does it hang on the belt? And finally, is that a flashlight on the front? (it sound like a stupid question but I don't use flashlights much and don't even have one in the house that works, that's what cell phones are for  )

Nothing on the backside of the grip, I think what you are seeing is the paracord lacing of the back side of the leather.

It hangs on the belt by a leather strap that is riveted on the top and has a snap on the bottom so its easily removed without taking my belt off

Yeah the flashlight was just there to fill the shock cord for the photos. My intention is to have a couple of extra mags in there but I haven't got them yet.

I only see one problem with the holster. 'IT IS NOT MINE, DANG IT ALL'. That is a fine looking rig. Mike in Missouri`
