I ordered one of these today, mostly because of the price and rave reviews.
Looking for a good shooting, full sized range toy, and this just might fill the bill.
For $279.99, how bad could it be? :dunno:
Any of you guys been around them?

Nope, not me. Had never even heard of them before. I guess I need to "get out" more.

Girsan is a company in Turkey that makes guns - And from what I've read, their quality is very good.

I believe Buds takes care of their warranty work - If needed!! (-:

I've heard a lot of good things about them. The only thing I don't like about them is the stupid light rail.

I suppose if ya run out of ammo it would give you one more option before throwing the gun at the bad guy.

Tolly, do you mean the Accessory Rail on the underside?

Pretty cool that it has a stainless steel barrel too...

I see they have this 9mm on sale too:

https://www.cdnnsports.com/walther-cree ... gWFr7aZO9Y

I keep trying to "get in to" the 9mm - yes its a very good combination of size, speed and power...
And the most used and popular pistol caliber ever - which certainly speaks for it's success!! (-:

But the 45 ACP still just tickles my pickle!!

If I tried a 9mm, I'd probably change my narrow minded opinion...

Well, I got it home, gave it a quick lube job and headed to the target area.
Had 14 rounds in a box laying on the table, so that's what I put through it.
First couple rounds missed the bullseye by 3 or 4 inches, probably should have dry fired it a little first to see what the trigger was going to do.
The rest eventually moved toward the middle.
It feels good in the hand, and feels solid. It has good balance and fired all rounds with no problem.
It has one issue, common to these things, if you are gentle with the slide, it won't go all the way forward, and even if you let it slam, it's a little loose feeling while in battery.
The reviews I've seen say that will clear up after a couple hundred rounds, so I'll shoot the snot out of it when I get a chance and see how it does.
